Cancer treatment can be tough both physically and emotionally.

Throughout the course of treatment, it may be necessary for the cancer fighter to be isolated due to their temporarily suppressed immune system. These children cannot go to school, the mall, the movies or any area where they may be exposed to germs, which they do not have the capacity to fight at that moment.

CCN Connect is a virtual program.

CCN Connect offers the opportunity for children ages 5- to 11-years-old, who are isolated at home or in the hospital due to their cancer treatment, to connect via ZOOM for a weekly one hour program of crafts and fun where they will interact with our CCN staff and volunteers as well as other children isolated for the same reason. Each week offers a different theme such as sports, zoo animals, the beach, and space. Theme related activities include arts and crafts, science experiments, read alouds, fun facts, short videos, and more!

Register to participate in CCN Connect through the calendar on the dates provided. Internet access and a tablet or computer is required for this program. If you have questions, please call 480-398-1564 or email info@childrenscancernetwork.org.

Pick up your box of supplies to participate in CCN Connect at Children’s Cancer Network during business hours.

We look forward to adding both connections and fun to your day!
