When Cooper was 8 years old he was diagnosed with Leukemia. Hearing that his brother had cancer tore Ben apart; Cooper was scared. Praying as a family, they asked God for His help.

At the age of 16 years old, while Ashton went in for a routine physical for the upcoming football season, acute lymphoblastic leukemia was diagnosed.

Esmerelda or bettern known as LaLa, this vivacious, 8 year old, 3rd grader loves being at school where she is a chapter book reader!
