Marisol Perez is a smart and precocious 5 year old, who loves all the support she gets from her brother AJ (10), and sisters Isabella (9) and Jalyssa (7)! Marisol was diagnosed with T-Cell ALL on October 22, 2013, is now in maintenance, and expects to celebrate the last of chemo in July 2015.

She now attends preschool part-day, and especially loves carpet-time when she and her classmates get to pick the books for teacher to read! Marisol and her parents, Julie and Rusty, are very grateful to their large extended family, Phoenix Children’s East Valley and the Emily Center Library for getting them through this time. And Marisol’s personal hero is her nurse Kate, at Phoenix Children’s East Valley!
