CCN’s March 13th Run to Fight Cancer Hero is Kaylee!

Kaylee was diagnosed with acute lymoblastic leukemia.  She is 14 years old and has two sisters, Brianna and Alyssa.  Kaylee tries to stay positive and wants to be a doctor when she grows up.  She loves to play music and plays the piano, ukulele, saxaphone, and guitar. She also enjoys sketching and painting when she has time.  Disneyland is her favorite place to visit.  Her Mom, Dad, and sisters are very special to her because they  have helped her a lot.  Cancer has affected her by not being able to regular things like a normal teenage can.  She at one point has had to be home-schooled because she couldn’t go to school due to treatment.  “Cancer sucks!” is her motto and her favorite quote from the Bible is “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” Philippines 4:13
