When Angeline was 18 years old, she developed a tumor in her right femur which turned out to be osteosarcoma. After 4 months of chemotherapy she was given a prosthetic knee and femur and told she would have to complete up to 21 chemotherapy treatments. She always tried to keep smiling, and even did the Fashion Show in 2013 with her best friend when she was very sick. 10 surgeries and 21 treatments later, Angeline is doing great and wouldn’t change her experience at all. She is studying to be a pediatric oncology nurse.
