CCN’s September 23rd Hero is Lorenzo!

Lorenzo was diagnosed at age 8 with B-ALL.  He remembers taking lots of trips to the doctor with lots of pokes.  He has also had to stay home from school.  He is 9 years old now and enjoys going places, watching movies, and swimming.  He admires his Mom and Dad because they are strong.  The things that makes Lorenzo special are that he is tough mentally and physically and has kept a smile through it all.  He would like to tell cancer: “Jump off a mountain cancer!”
