CCN’s September 30th Hero is Autumn!
Autumn is 10 years old and was diagnosed with Pre B ALL. She enjoys playing volleyball because she can hit the ball and socialize with other people. Cancer has effected her life by teaching her how to have faith and courage and to believe in herself and family. She likes to go horseback riding and visit California where she can feel the water. She also enjoys the sea life where she sees dolphins, whales, and other animals. Her mom, dad, brothers, sister, teachers, friends, and doctors are special people in her life. She is a special girl because she is kind, respectful, and helpful. She would like to tell cancer, “YOU SUCK and you didn’t win – I did!”
