CCN’s September 10th Hero is Areli

Areli is 7 years old and is a survivor of Leukemia.  Her cancer journey began when her mom found a lump behind Areli’s ear and the next day took her to the hospital.  That was on January 25th, 2016.  Her favorite food is pizza and so going to Peter Piper’s Pizza is a special treat that she gets before she goes in for her hospital treatments.  If she could travel anywhere it would be Disneyland!  If she could talk to her cancer she would say “I don’t want you!”
