CCN’s September 16th Hero is Anthony!
After Anthony, who is now 8 years old was diagnosed with cancer he realized that it makes everything harder. But, there are nice people to help him. He would like to tell his cancer to “Go Away!” He likes Legos, Star Wars, and Harry Potter. His favorite activity is to football-it’s fun to play, fun to watch, and fun to learn about the teams and players. He is special because he is a good builder. Some special people in his life are his grandparents, Makenna, all of his family, the child-life specialists, everyone at the hospital, teachers and Karate Dave. His favorite place is the Wildlife Park. “I love animals and you can pet the stingrays!”
