Our February 14 Sweetheart and Run to Fight Superhero is Ariano!! Ariano is a one year old fighter currently undergoing chemotherapy for liver cancer. Ariano had a liver transplant in December 2014 due to a mass on his liver.

He gets his strength from his family, including mom, dad, grandma, and his two brothers, Zoephanario (7y) and Thaddeaus (4y). He also loves his two dogs and his social workers, Marcia and Melissa. Mom, Rita, says that Doctor Milo is comforting and “ makes the big problems go away”. She also tells us “Ariano’s smile makes the hard time go away”. And we love his smile too!
